She holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics from USF, and holds dual Masters degrees in Management and Organizational Behavior from John F. Kennedy University and the NTL institute. Kimber's host of new programs, CEO Mastermind, Zentarra Women on line platform build out and Best Seller programs, MAP Strategy and consulting, TLG, and Get Your Woman On Programs, are the product of her own transformation and of the thousands she has worked with, and a direct reflection of her true passion. We were lucky enough to spend some time with her and interview this amazing visionary:

What motivated you to create a CEO Mastermind Consulting Series?

KMI:  My team of experts, resources and I noticed the gap between programs, home studies and countless classes which CEO’s can attend and then actually getting them into the marketplace and/or increasing their marketshare. We know how to do that and we decided we could provide effective tools and assistance in follow through at an affordable investment.

What prompted you to launch for example: Zentarra Women Opportunities and Get Your Woman On Programs?

KML: One day I looked in the mirror and saw that my arms had arms… and my shoulders drooped. I had this angry scowl on my face even when I was happy and I said to myself, "What happened to you?” And, that’s when it all changed.  One look at my photos now – which I decided to post online after much soul searching – and you will see they aren’t the result of simply throwing on some make up and voilà!



Was that a direct result of what you had to live through as a woman?

KML: Yes it was. I had surmounted many obstacles in my life. I raised children and had to be on welfare in my early 20’s, then I worked two jobs and put myself through 12 years of night school to become a successful businesswoman. I picked the field few women were in so I could understand from a man’s perspective what they knew and I hadn’t been taught. I’ve learned from the best of both men and women.

That must have seemed like quite an accomplishment when you got there?

KML: Yes it was but it wasn’t enough. I needed to rediscover the woman within, give her a voice and bring her back to life. I realized that somewhere within me was the beauty, power and grace that I embody. And, I realized that financial success is wonderful but without myself too, it meant nothing. And, if you don’t have a life of harmony, then what do you have? Emptiness and I could never find balance. But, I realized that others and I could have harmony. And, thus they nicknamed me “The Shaminista.” tm

So what did you do to get to where you are now?

KML: I emerged through the process I created: a new woman, transforming myself from the inside out and shed all the habits I learned from making it in a “world I did not feel at home in,” which led me to forget my own expression and what is powerful about being “my own woman.” The saddest thing I ever seen is a woman that has disappeared herself not to the background or shelf but altogether even. I embraced my inside self and my business smarts and when I was going through this transformational process, a new level of passion took over me. I decided I wanted to put my skills and experience at the service of other women and help them experience the same “life of harmony.” Let them know that they can live a life of beauty, grace, power and financial success. It is our birthright! And, it can be yummy, fantastically fun and meet women of the same commitment that truly reflect who they are. This is where Transformational Women came in! This is where “Get Your Woman On opens the Door!
